The bachelor thesis is focused on study of contract award in selected business company. In my thesis I deal with a therotical part first. Then I introduce company LX servis Group s.r.o. and I analyze it. After getting necessary informations I suggest improvements to raise kvality of offered services, to curtailment time of realization and reduce costs.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management during the contract in Provident Financial company which focuses on short-term and mid-term loans. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part provides theoretical basis based on professional literature. The analytical part is focused on introduction of the company, description of the course of the contract and risks associated with it and analysis of external environment. Last part shows proposals to minimize the risks mentioned in the analysis and a proposal for new information system, which is important for the company.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the course of contract in a smaller engineering company that makes machines. The name of this company is Pressta-Eisele ČS, s. r. o., this company makes machines which are used to make windows. This thesis is divided in to four parts. The first one is theoretical, the second one contains analysis of the given company and the current state of contract processing, the third part contains suggestions for improvement and in the fourth part the suggestions are evaluated.

This bachelor thesis deals with the process management of the contract in selected company, which focuses on production of kitchen sinks and faucets. The first capture contains main information about the company. Following capture describes theoretical basis and related concepts of this issue. Based on the analysis shortcomings order management are revealed and clarified. Subsequently our own solutions are proposed, which lead to the elimination of shortcomings.
